Hot Stone Restorative Thursday Jan 30th 7pm

Enjoy 90 minutes of pure bliss as you relax deeply in restorative positions with hot stones being placed strategically to help the body unwind and soften. This is the perfect way to treat yourself at the end of the month! This will be on the schedule the last Thursday of each month.

Chai and Vibe Saturday Feb 1st 10 am

Our mission this year is to create as many community building events at Shine as we can. We want to connect and have more fun than ever this year. So please join us on the first Saturday of the month at 10 am for a 75 minute flow taught by Nick Vine. We will have live music this month brought to us by Wyatt Harrington playing his bass guitar and sound bowls. After the class you can get a chai, esspresso or matcha drink by CAYA a mobile coffee cart company that will be right outside.

Prenatal Workshop Saturday Feb 1st 4 pm

No matter what stage you are in your pregnancy this is a wonderful workshop to attend. This will be a three part series with us meeting on the first Saturday of the month. You do not need to attend them all or worry if you cannot make one. My plan is to make the time we have together as useful for whomever shows up. We will spend 30-45 minutes discussing changes you might be going through, different ways to help any complaints you might have with your changing body. Then we will do a 45 minute yoga practice, breathwork and meditation. Our goal is to create a fun and safe place for you to meet new moms while learning about how to care for your body, mind and baby on the way!
