This workshop is designed to introduce yoga poses to the new student as well as students looking for further explanation. In a relaxed and supportive environment you will learn a step-by-step approach to basic yogaposes and breathing techniques, as well as how to implement modifications and props into your practice. We will be moving slow so you can ask questions and have hands-on assistance. Class will be full at 10 people, so please sign up soon. If we have more than 10, we will do a second session at 3 pm that same day.
